As I mentioned yesterday the 30 Day Shred is making my muscles hurt insane amounts so I thought today's inspiration should come from the lady herself.
Finding the willpower is 80% of the struggle I think. It is for me anyway. Doing the 30 Day Shred is perfect for me as it takes 20 minutes a day and only requires a mat and some hand weights.
Another tool that I always forget to mention to help track weight loss is the My Fitness Pal app. It basically works out how many calories you should be eating and lets you track your meals. I know this is common sense but I'm less likely to eat something if it will take me into the "red".
