Motivational Monday #5

How much easier would exercising be if the gym provided a T-Rex?

The Winter months are the hardest to stay motivated for me, I just want to sleep and live in my PJs - so this week I have been throwing my kettlebells around instead of hitting the gym.

Weight training is my preferred method of exercise rather than cardio, I feel like I can actually see my body changing instead of the numbers on the scales.

Weight to lose: 1 stone 2lbs
Change this week: +2lbs

Only 1 stone 4lbs to go!
I am surprised that this has been my first gain since I have started logging my progress - slightly gutted but nothing I can't rectify.
