Motivational Monday #2

Hello



I am that person that wants everything doing yesterday. In my working life I am a perfectionist so I am often frustrated that I don't have the "perfect" body.

I am trying to combat that way of thinking, as even slow progress is in fact progress. While the image above is kind of gross it puts it into perspective for me. "Only" indeed.

Weight to lose: 1 stone 6lbs
