Motivational Monday #1


Regular readers will know that I am seriously trying to get back onto the healthy eating/fitness wagon. About 2 years ago, I lost 3 stone and got content. I have since then put 1stone 9lbs back on and I am determined to shift it - I thought if I could document my progress it might spur me on!

I find this helps me, I go to the gym at 6am (when it opens) and half my workout is done before I've even realised what I'm doing!

Weight to lose: 1 stone 9lbs
Loss this week: 3lbs

Only 1 stone 6lbs to go!
